Un-Invoiced Shipments

This is a report of items that have been shipped, but not attached to the invoice. It includes the item quantities, SO numbers, pack lists, ship dates, and pricing.

Cost of Goods Sold (COGS)

This report is optimized for monthly totals. To represent this, items may appear on multiple rows.

Cost Breakdown:

• Material Value - This is the total material value picked to this FG inventory. The value is based on the qty and the inventory valuation method you have chosen for your site (DCA, FIFO, LIFO).
• Labor Value - This is the total value of labor allocated to this FG inventory. Labor is calculated based on time tracked and your work center labor rates.
• Outside Processing Value - This is the total value of any outside processing required to produce this FG inventory.
• Machine Value - This is the total value of Machine Time allocated to this FG inventory. Machine Time is calculated based on time tracked and your work center labor machine rate.
• Total Cost - This is all of the costs above combined

Year to Date Invoice Data

Pre-tax and post-tax invoice data summaries by customer and date, plus a list of individual invoices.

Current Inventory

Current inventory shows items currently in inventory along with their unit value, item quantities, total value, related jobs and SOs, and more.

Work In Progress
