Reports can be found from each page by selecting ellipsis (3 dot) icon the top right of the screen
Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, Jobs, and Shipping will also have grid results that can be downloaded under the same ellipsis icon.
You will be able to view all Sales Orders (SOs) categorized by week, customer, and item. The same categories will be available for open orders. You will have access to detailed information on all orders, including their status and totals. Additionally, you will be able to see specific details on open orders, such as items, ship by dates, quantities unshipped, and the total amount yet to be shipped.
The job costing report will show you variance of planned (estimates) and actuals for jobs in your system. This data is displayed both in $ value and hours.
You’ll also see jobs and items summaries, operator time, job costs and whether the job was reworked.
This report can be used to assess your operation estimates over time compared to the actuals. As operators, operations, or departments start developing trends in efficiency, this may present opportunities for training or process review. It may also shed some light on capacity constraints that you were previously unaware of.
