The time management page is where you view, download, and manipulate time records for daily clock-ins and job tracking time records.
If somebody forgot to clock in to a job there are a few ways to fix the mistake.

It is suggested that folks are using the ‘Note’ function in the Job Tracker to call out gaps in clock in/clock out.

If somebody forgot to clock out of a job you can use the ‘Real Time Personnel’ module to stop their timer.

If you have a defined shift and are worried that folks will forget to clock out at the end of their shift it is best practice to come the to ‘Real Time Personnel’ page at the end of the shift and use the ‘Stop All’ button to stop all timers.

Exports can be downloaded from Time Management for you to track payroll. If you are using the Time Clock portion of Fulcrum (customername.fulcrumpro.com/timeclock) you will be able to gather data on daily clock-ins (timeclock) vs production clock-ins (Job Tracking)
