Job tracking is Fulcrum's most powerful feature. It provides real-time visibility into shop floor operations—without walking the entire building—and lets you compare actual costs against estimates, helping you improve both production processes and quoting accuracy.

Logging In

Users will navigate to their site’s Job Tracking URL. This should be in the following format

customername.fulcrumpro.com/jobtracking

Enter your unique 5-digit pin assigned to you when your user profile was created

You can also jump to the main page from the Fulcrum home page if you have logged in via email.

On the left-hand side of the screen, you will see your profile and the various statuses of jobs on the schedule. Clicking into your name will show you what timers you have clocked into — both running and paused.

When in your profile, you can also select the department to work in, which filters down the list of jobs. This selection remains with your profile until changed, whether logged in or out!
