Raw material items are required to be set as “Lot Tracked” in order to have full material cert traceability.
When the lot tracked material is received the user will be required to enter the "Lot Number"
If two different lots of material were received, enter the first lot qty in “New Receipt” then select the + to add a new lot
Within the line item, select “+Add” to attach the cert. This will need to be done for every lot of material being received. Be sure to check “Is Certification”
The lot # will be displayed in your inventory for the item
To view certs for existing inventory, select “Certifications”
