Note that custom fields from certain records can transfer to other records if the naming matches. Here are the fields that support flowing the data downstream:

Line / Item Level

• Item > Job
• Item > Quote Line
• Item > SO Line
• SO Line > Job (and job tracking!)
• SO Line > Invoice Line
• SO Line > Shipping Line
• Quote Line > SO Line
• Job > Outside Processing Line Item
• PO Line fields are visible on Receipt Lines (not editable)

Record Level

• Customer > Quote
• Customer > Sales Order
• Quote > Sales Order
