Overview
Fulcrum offers customizable labels that can be used for items, jobs, and receiving. These labels can be printed from receiving, jobs, job tracking, and items.
Scanning a label while in a text or QR search will bring up the record associated with that label.
Creating a Custom Label
Fulcrum comes with default labels, but they can be modified within Business Setup > System Data > (General) Labels.

Some options available within the customization
- Creating Multiple Labels - new labels can be added using the “create” button
- Label Dimensions
- QR Code - you can choose whether or not to include a QR code on the label, and how big the QR code will be be.
- Note that a label is not scannable if it doesn’t have a QR code, and that if the label is too small it may also become unreadable.
- Label Variables - ex: we could add a row to our label for item number by using “Item Number: {{ item }}”. Here, the
{{ item }} text will be populated using the item name, as indicated by the right hand column (ex: “Stainless Steel Bar”).
- Formatting - you can alter the font size, as well as bold the text if desired.
